Our company predominantly contacts & communicates through text, the reason being is because a phone call can be done only within business hours and there is no reference point to the communication between us and the customer which is why text has been the best way so far.
We continuously update and communicate with our current & future customers so that nobody ever has to guess about anything that has to do with us servicing them.
We take payments 99% online because they’re easier to track and the customer won’t have to worry about finding ways physically to pay us.
We take pride in our schedule so we make sure we stick to a strict method of scheduling certain areas on certain days to stay organized and so our customers know specifically when to expect service from us.
Our current or future customers are not required to be there for the quote or service, we understand everyone has a different schedule they stick to and we do as well so to make it as hands off as possible, we don’t require attendance from our customers.
